Sirius B

It is hoped that this image shows Sirius with its smaller and very difficult to see
companion star Sirius B. Due to the extreme brightness os Sirius,
it is very difficult to locate and film the smaller star.

This image was taken on 21st January 2006 (at 23.39 hrs), using a 4 inch telescope
and 3.2 megapixel digital camera.
Exposure was 2 seconds at f2.9 using a UVIR filter.
